Soft matterial shredder machine

Equipment structure

Workflow
After the material is evenly fed into the crushing chamber by a belt conveyor, the two counter-rotating knife rollers decompose the material through shearing and tearing. The unique “shear first and then tear” two-stage crushing mechanism can effectively prevent the material from being entangled. The crushed fragments are discharged through a replaceable screen, and the particle size can be adjusted within the range of 10-50mm.
