The price of scrap copper is usually 20%-30% lower than that of electrolytic copper, while the price of recycled oxygen-free copper wire is close to that of primary copper products, which makes the profit margin reach 25%-40%. In addition, with the global emphasis on the circular economy, many countries and regions have provided tax exemptions and policy subsidies for scrap copper recycling companies, further enhancing the profitability of this industry.
