Vietnam Scrap Aluminum Shredder 1-2T/H
Recently, a large recycling company in Vietnam successfully completed installation and commissioning of a dedicated aluminum scrap shredder ordered from our company and put it into production. The equipment is operating stably, and both production capacity and output performance meet the customer’s requirements, marking another successful case for our company in the Southeast Asian market.
This customer primarily recycles aluminum scrap, using raw materials such as aluminum profile scraps, used doors and windows, and aluminum automotive parts. During the initial negotiation phase, our technical team, based on the customer’s raw material characteristics and production capacity requirements, recommended a dual-shaft shredder equipped with special alloy blades and an intelligent overload protection system. During the customer’s on-site visit to China, we arranged a trial run based on the customer’s raw material requirements. The customer expressed satisfaction with the uniform output size (30-50mm) and low energy consumption. After further detailed discussions, the purchase contract was signed.
After the equipment was delivered, our engineers traveled to Vietnam to provide on-site guidance for installation, completing commissioning in just three days. Data from the first month of operation showed that the equipment achieved an hourly processing capacity of 2.8 tons, a 40% increase in efficiency compared to the customer’s existing equipment. The aluminum material purity exceeded 98%, fully meeting subsequent smelting requirements. The intelligent system successfully avoided machine jams caused by metal impurities. The customer particularly praised the tool life, which exceeded expectations, remaining sharp after 200 hours of continuous operation.
This collaboration not only validates the technical advantages of our shredders in the non-ferrous metal processing field but also lays a solid foundation for future market expansion in Vietnam and Southeast Asia.
