Crushing: The material is first crushed by a crusher, which usually adopts a two-stage crushing process to ensure that the material reaches the appropriate particle size. The crushed material is transported to the next process by a conveyor.
Sorting: The crushed material enters the sorting process and is usually sorted using a strong magnetic roller sorting machine. The sorting machine utilizes the magnetic differences of materials to effectively separate non-ferrous metals (such as copper) and non-metals (such as iron, silicon steel sheets, etc.). The sorted non-ferrous metals and silicon steel sheets are respectively transported to the subsequent processing stage through conveyors.
Dust removal: A pulse dust removal system is installed throughout the entire crushing and sorting process, effectively solving the problem of dust emission. After being purified by a pulse dust collector, the air can meet emission standards and ensure the cleanliness of the production environment.
Modular design: The production line adopts a modular design, which facilitates the combination and disassembly of equipment, improving the flexibility and economy of the equipment.
High purity sorting: Through advanced sorting technology, effective separation of non-ferrous metals and non-metals has been achieved, with a sorting purity of over 99.8%.
Environmental protection and energy conservation: Equipped with a pulse dust removal system, it effectively reduces dust emissions and meets environmental protection requirements. Meanwhile, the equipment adopts energy-saving design, reducing energy consumption.
