Indian customers favor our copper rice machine and reach an important cooperation agreement

In December 2024, an Indian customer made a special trip to visit our company to inspect the copper rice machine equipment. This cooperation stems from the customer’s attention to our equipment at the industry exhibition. After several video conferences in the early stage, the customer decided to conduct an on-site inspection of the equipment performance and production process.

During the inspection, the customer focused on visiting the copper rice machine production workshop and experimental center. Our technicians demonstrated the operation of the equipment on site and demonstrated the copper rice separation effect. The equipment adopts advanced physical separation technology, the copper-plastic separation purity reaches 99.9%, and the processing capacity can reach 1 ton per hour. These technical indicators fully meet customer needs. The customer highly praised the intelligent control system and environmental protection performance of our equipment, and especially appreciated that the dust removal and noise reduction device equipped with the equipment meets Indian environmental protection standards.

After in-depth technical exchanges and business negotiations, the two parties reached a cooperation agreement. The customer ordered a large copper rice machine and some auxiliary equipment. To ensure the smooth delivery of the equipment, our company has formed a professional service team to provide full-process services from equipment installation and commissioning to operation training. At present, the equipment has completed production testing and will be shipped to the Port of Mumbai, India in the near future.
