Indian copper and aluminum radiator recycling line

Recently, a well-known metal recycling company in India sent a technical team to conduct on-site inspections of a number of environmental protection equipment manufacturers in China. After rigorous evaluation, our company passed the assessment and became its supplier, and configured a copper-aluminum radiator recycling production line for the customer.

During the inspection, Indian customers focused on the core performance indicators of the equipment. When visiting the factory, they conducted a detailed inspection of the recycling line in operation: the copper and aluminum separation purity reached 99.2%, the processing capacity was 2.5 tons per hour, and the energy consumption was 40% lower than that of traditional equipment. These measured data strengthened the customer’s determination to purchase. The two sides also had in-depth exchanges on the localization improvement of the equipment, including the cooling system adapted to the Indian climate and the multilingual operation interface.

The equipment was installed and debugged and put into operation at the new recycling base in Mumbai. Operation data showed that all indicators of the recycling line met or exceeded the contract requirements: the average daily processing volume was stable at 60 tons, the metal recovery rate remained above 98.5%, and the exhaust gas emission concentration was only 1/3 of the Indian standard.

The Indian customer said: “The outstanding performance of this recycling line exceeded our expectations. It not only helped us improve our processing capacity, but more importantly, it achieved clean production, which played a key role in our acquisition of ISO14001 certification.

The successful implementation of this project has set a benchmark for Chinese environmental protection equipment to enter the Indian market. With the rapid development of India’s circular economy industry, it is expected that more than US$1 billion in environmental protection equipment demand will be released in the next three years, and customers may also expand production in the future.
