circuit board recycling line in Turkey

Recently, Turkey customers made a special trip to our company to inspect the circuit board recycling production line. During the three-day field visit, the customer observed the equipment trial operation in detail, focusing on processing efficiency, environmental protection indicators and economic benefits. The on-site trial test showed that the production line can process 500 kg of waste circuit boards per hour, and the metal separation purity reached 98%, which met customer requirements.

After rigorous evaluation, the customer immediately decided to purchase a complete set of equipment, including a two-stage crusher, a high-voltage electrostatic separator and a dust collection system. The equipment was shipped to the destination designated by the Turkey customer on the agreed date. It took only two weeks to complete the installation, commissioning and achieve stable operation, with a daily processing capacity of more than 8 tons.

After three months of operation, customer feedback is exciting. The equipment is running stably, and all indicators have met customer requirements. Customers particularly appreciate the environmental performance of the equipment, with a dust collection efficiency of more than 99% and exhaust emissions far below local standards.

The successful implementation of this project not only brought considerable benefits to Turkey customers, but more importantly, established a benchmark project for electronic waste treatment, promoted the development of the local circular economy, and achieved a win-win situation for economic benefits and environmental protection.
